This is a great place to enjoy all kinds of beach activities. Bird watching, surf fishing, surfing, building sand castles, or flying a kite! Bring a picnic lunch and make it a day. I never get tired of this place.
Weather was just perfect. Not cold nor hot. I walked around looking for shells and believe me I found plenty. We even saw a dog surfing. People learning how to surf. Padre Island Texas weather is great and the month of November was no different. Come on over and have fun.
We have spent many holidays here on Isla Blanca Park. You can fish, barbecue, camp and enjoy the beach here. It gets busy during the summer months and camping spots are tough to find. Everybody is normally nice and no issues with rogue campers. Beach is beautiful with places to barbecue. Cost is best part of staying here. Cheap. Better than staying in a hotel, if you have a RV Camper. They also places you can sleep with beds and a restroom along with barbecue areas.
